Return Policy Update

Please note that our return policy has been revised. Effective immediately, returns and refunds will only be processed under specific conditions.

Conditions for Eligible Returns:

  • Lost Products: If your item has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Damaged Products: If the item you receive is damaged upon arrival.
  • Defects from Production or Transit: If the product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit.
  • Claims Period: All claims must be submitted to support@thenifty.com within 14 days of product receipt.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We will not accept returns for items not meeting the above conditions.
  • Returns for other reasons, including change of mind, are not accepted.

Procedure for Valid Claims:

  • To initiate a claim, please contact us at support@thenifty.com with a detailed description of the issue and any relevant photographic evidence.
  • Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Options for Valid Claims:

  • Product Reorder: If the product is still available, you may request a re-order.
  • Refund: If the product is no longer available, a refund may be issued.

Refund Process:

  • If your claim is approved, and a refund is warranted, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
